How it’s done

The technical work behind a simple promise.

The landing page stays civilian-readable. This page is where the machinery lives: how we check whether AI systems can discover, understand, trust, and route customers to a local service business.

01 / CRAWLABILITY

Can AI systems read the site?

We check robots.txt, sitemap.xml, JavaScript dependence, important blocked pages, markdown/plain-text alternates, and whether key facts are visible without clicking around like a human.

02 / STRUCTURED FACTS

Are the local facts clear?

We review name, address, phone, hours, service area, locations, service categories, emergency rules, and quote/booking paths. Then we map gaps to LocalBusiness and Service schema where useful.

03 / TRUST GRAPH

Can claims be verified?

We look for licenses, certifications, warranties, guarantees, ownership/team clarity, years in business, reviews/testimonials, before-and-after evidence, and as-of dates on claims.

04 / AI ANSWER TESTS

What would an assistant say?

We simulate customer questions like “Who handles emergency furnace repair near Lakewood?” and check whether the site gives enough evidence for a confident, accurate answer.

05 / CUSTOMER ROUTING

Is the next step obvious?

We test whether a customer should call, book online, request a quote, or avoid the business if it is not a fit. We flag vague forms, hidden phone numbers, and unclear after-hours rules.

06 / COMPETITOR DELTA

Who is easier to recommend?

We compare against nearby competitors on the same intent. The goal is not generic SEO scoring; it is to identify why an AI assistant might choose someone else.

07 / MONITORING

Will it stay agent-ready?

We can monitor key pages for schema drift, broken links, crawlability changes, hours/service-area changes, and competitor movement.

08 / PROOF ARTIFACT

What you receive

Each snapshot includes evidence URLs, missing or weak fields, a practical fix, expected business benefit, confidence level, and an as-of date.

Simple front door. Serious backend.

The buyer should not need to know what JSON-LD, llms.txt, or crawlability means. They need to know whether AI can understand them when a customer is ready to call.
